Boi Tran Garden is privileged to present an honorary certificate the Council of Vietnamese Phan Family awarded to Painter Boi Tran in recognition and gratitude for her sempiternal dedication and voluntary contributions to serve and beautify the community. The credential is certified by the Council President Professor, Ph.D Phan Huu Dat, on the date of 1 July 2011.
